For buyers
Buyer-interest applicationsBuy a defined use—not a person and not an unlimited clone.
Image Rights Vault is intended to give approved buyers a clearer record of authority, scope, delivery, restrictions, renewals, and source attribution while protecting private assets and participant control.

An AI-generated creative team reviews visual direction before production. This is an illustrative scene; no license or verified record is implied.
A specific license
Authority is useful when its boundaries are visible.
A buyer should be able to understand which asset is approved, who supplied the relevant permissions, what use is allowed, and when that use ends. The record is intended to reduce ambiguity—not to make a technical system the final judge of legal sufficiency.
The buyer receives the defined license or product described in the agreement. The buyer does not acquire the person, unrestricted likeness rights, source files, unrelated works, or cloning rights unless a separately valid grant expressly says otherwise.
- Documented authority and approval status
- Media, territory, term, audience, and edit rules
- Approved delivery rather than unrestricted source access
- Renewal and expiration visibility
- A versioned audit history
- Explicit AI restrictions
- Source and referral attribution
Internal review
No public self-service licensing checkout at launch.
Founding buyers submit an interest application describing the intended use. An internal workflow is meant to identify the right asset and participants, gather missing facts, review conflicts and restrictions, prepare the specific terms, and collect the required approvals before delivery.
Submitting an application is not an acceptance, quote, license, reservation, or promise of inventory. Live payments and automated delivery are disabled.
Safe delivery
A license record should help both sides operate the agreement.
After approval, the intended buyer workspace would show the licensed deliverable, allowed uses, credit language, restrictions, effective dates, renewal path, payment or order records, and any later amendments. Source files and unrelated participant records remain private.
Material changes—new channels, longer term, different territory, altered creative, expanded exclusivity, or AI use—should return for review rather than being inferred from the original approval.
