Website terms

Effective August 27, 2026 · website-only scope

Clear rules for the public website and founding applications.

These terms cover this informational website and its non-binding application forms. They are not a representation agreement, photographer agreement, license, AI agreement, purchase, or paid-service contract.

01

Website use

Use the site lawfully and do not treat educational material as individualized advice.

You may use the public site to learn about Image Rights Vault, review educational resources, view the fictional verification sample, and submit a founding application. Do not interfere with the service, probe private routes, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape applicant information, or use the site to violate law or another person's rights.

Educational content is general information, not legal, financial, tax, employment, agency, investment, or professional advice. Laws and contracts vary. Seek qualified advice for a specific use or dispute.

02

Applications

An application is an expression of interest, not an agreement or acceptance.

Provide information you are authorized to share and keep it accurate. Do not submit government identification, banking or payment details, biometric information, private source files, confidential records, or another person's sensitive data through a public application.

Submitting an application creates no representation, employment, partnership, fiduciary relationship, account, platform role, guaranteed pilot place, license, commercial authorization, order, payment, or payout obligation. Image Rights Vault does not promise a response or acceptance time.

03

Rights and submissions

You keep your career rights; the public form grants no image or likeness rights.

A public application does not transfer copyright, source-file ownership, likeness or publicity rights, portfolio rights, agency authority, merchandise rights, AI training rights, digital-replica rights, sublicensing rights, or rights in future work. Contact consent permits follow-up about the application only.

The site's original text, design, and branding may be protected by applicable law. Permitted browsing and linking do not grant a license to copy the service, branding, articles, or sample record for a competing or misleading use. Third-party sources and marks remain subject to their own rights.

04

Unavailable services

No public transaction or high-risk workflow is offered here.

The public launch offers no account signup, identity verification, protected asset upload, production rights signing, licensing checkout, marketplace, product inventory, payment, payout, AI generation, AI training intake, token, investment product, or physical checkout.

Any future representation, photography, release, license, production, purchase, payment, or AI arrangement will require separate approved terms and the specific authority appropriate to that transaction.

05

Availability and changes

The public service is provided carefully, without promising uninterrupted access or a particular outcome.

Image Rights Vault may correct content, refuse abusive submissions, limit access, or change or discontinue a public feature. Verification and educational content describe a bounded record or model; they do not guarantee legal validity, authenticity forever, market value, availability, or freedom from dispute.

These website terms may be updated as the operator, contact channels, jurisdiction, and actual services mature. Material future services will not be opened merely by changing this page; they require their own operational and legal approvals.
