For represented individuals
Pilot applicationsA living record of the work behind your likeness.
Image Rights Vault is intended to help models and on-camera talent understand portfolio assets, approve specific uses, see participating photographers and economics, and carry owned career records forward.

An AI-generated fashion team aligns on visual direction before a shoot. This is an illustrative scene; no agency partnership or customer endorsement is implied.
A broader definition of talent
Built for more than one runway, look, age, or career path.
The intended system includes fashion and editorial models, commercial and lifestyle talent, men's modeling, mature and real-people talent, fitness and athletic talent, actors and on-camera talent, promotional and event talent, and creators or influencers working in visual campaigns.
Categories can help route opportunities; they should not flatten people into inventory. Public visibility, sensitive classifications, contact details, and private source media require deliberate controls.
Portfolio clarity
Know which images you can carry and how they may be used.
A portfolio may contain work with different photographers, releases, edit permissions, publication histories, and commercial limits. The vault is intended to show those differences asset by asset instead of implying that every image in a profile carries the same rights.
Approved comp cards, headshots, and portfolio derivatives can retain a connection to their source, the photographer's authorship, the subject's attestation, and the relevant representation or use terms.
Partnership, not erasure
The photographer's authorship travels with the work.
A strong model–photographer relationship can recognize both the person depicted and the person who made the photograph. Attribution, approved portfolio permissions, production fees, and any project-specific participation should be visible rather than assumed.
Maine Modeling Agency is described here as a proposed representation and recruiting collaborator. Image Rights Vault is the underlying rights and provenance concept and is being designed for other agencies and independent participants as well.
Future permissions
A current likeness record is not an AI permission slip.
Keeping current, approved images and identity evidence may help reduce ambiguity around portfolio use and misrepresentation. It does not authorize a digital replica, model training, face replacement, voice cloning, or synthetic campaign.
Any future controlled AI use must be separately opted into for a specific purpose. That capability is disabled in the founding development build and remains subject to legal, consent, custody, security, compensation, and participant-approval gates.
