For collectors

No public inventory or checkout

Know what the object is—and what ownership does not include.

The intended collector experience connects a physical item to an approved edition, serial, production and quality-control history, and a public-safe verification record without turning the item into an investment promise.

01

The object

Authentication should describe evidence, not manufacture certainty.

A public record may identify the product family, approved work, edition size, serial, signature or witness status, and the checks documented for that specific item. It should say which facts were verified and which were not.

A record is not infallible. Lost evidence, fraud, damaged labels, counterfeit objects, and later disputes require human review and a preserved history rather than a silent overwrite.

02

Item state

An authentic history includes change.

An item may be active, replaced, retired, reported lost, or disputed. A replacement should receive its own identity while the original is retired with the relationship preserved. A dispute should be visible in public-safe language without exposing private allegations or evidence.

  • Edition size and serial convention
  • Signature and witness method actually documented
  • Active, replaced, retired, lost, or disputed state
  • Approved replacement and retirement links
  • Public-safe provenance and quality-control facts
03

Rights boundary

Owning the item is not owning the person or the image rights.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly grants them, purchasing a physical or digital item does not convey copyright, commercial-use rights, merchandise rights, likeness rights, AI rights, sublicensing rights, or unrestricted reproduction rights.

A collector can display, resell, preserve, or otherwise use the object only to the extent allowed by applicable law and the item's actual terms. The vault will not frame an edition as an investment, promise appreciation, or guarantee a resale market.

04

Availability

Candidate products are not yet inventory.

The founding plan includes candidate physical-product families, but the public site does not claim that any edition is approved, produced, available, or supported by verified equipment. A product should become available only after rights clearance, proof approval, edition lock, quality control, and an authorized release decision.
