Your career. Your rights. Your team. Your upside.

Create together. Own clearly. Grow together.

Approved visual libraryCreative work is collaborative. Rights should be legible.

An AI-generated mixed-media studio scene introduces the people-first context behind the rights stack. It is not a customer story, live record, or claim of participation.

The rights stack

One image. Several rights. No shortcuts.

Copyright and likeness are different. So are representation, licensing, attribution, collectible ownership, and AI permission. The stack keeps them separate, explicit, and reviewable.

01

Identity

The people in the work are correctly identified.

02

Authorship

The maker records authorship and approved portfolio scope.

03

Likeness

The subject approves specific uses of their image.

04

License

Buyers receive defined rights—not a blank check.

05

Economics

Costs and value-sharing are versioned before money moves.

The claim boundary

The person is never the token.

Image Rights Vault is designed to manage records around specific creative assets: identity, authorship, permissions, license scope, provenance, editions, and approved economics.

It never means ownership of a person, a career, future income, or unrestricted likeness. Fiat is the default. Speculative features stay off.

How it works

The intended path from session to supported use.

  1. 01

    Create

The intended workflow begins with named people, a purpose, and clear expectations.

  2. 02

    Attest

Photographer and subject would confirm the work independently through Dual-Key.

  3. 03

    Clear

Copyright, likeness, authority, marks, restrictions, and splits would be evaluated.

  4. 04

    License

An approved buyer would receive only the stated use, term, territory, and deliverables.

  5. 05

    Produce

Eligible work could enter a proofed, serialized physical-edition workflow.

  6. 06

    Share

Approved costs and participant allocations would reconcile in an auditable ledger.

Explore every gate

Built around the people in the work

A clear path for every contributor.

Each role sees the rights, evidence, approvals, and economics that belong to its real relationship—not a blanket platform claim.

Dual-Key attestation model

Two independent voices support one record.

In the intended workflow, the photographer would confirm authorship and capture context while the subject would confirm identity, participation, and the approved use. Neither key would silently substitute for the other.

  • Completed attestations would be versioned and preserved.
  • Corrections would supersede rather than erase history.
  • An administrator would not be allowed to complete both sides.

Participant bill of rights

Clarity before participation.

01Know who owns the copyright.

02Approve uses of your likeness granularly.

03See economics before a license is finalized.

04Keep AI permission separate and opt-in.

05Challenge a record and place affected uses on hold.

06Export your approved career records.

07Exit without erasing valid licenses or edition history.

08Receive plain-language boundaries—not platform mythology.

A0—A5 authenticity

Confidence accumulates. Claims do not leap ahead.

Every level is computed from evidence and gates. A higher level never means “impossible to fake,” and no physical item reaches A5 before required quality control passes.

Protection + portability

Your record should still work when your relationship changes.

Protection

Disputes hold risky new activity.

Evidence stays private, changes append to history, and affected licenses, products, and public visibility can stop while facts are reviewed.

Portability

Take the approved record with you.

The planned export bundles scoped JSON, human-readable HTML, files, and checksums while valid licenses and edition verification survive an exit.

Founding pilot target

Small enough to inspect. Real enough to learn.

These are goals—not completed results. Success requires clean approvals, accurate allocations, no unresolved ownership dispute, and one full export-and-exit simulation.
