Safety education

Coming after legal and security gates

Sensitive rights require a separate environment, not a hidden checkbox.

This educational page explains the intended safety boundary for creators whose work or risks may require specialized privacy, consent, custody, payment, moderation, and legal controls. No sensitive-rights lane is active here.

01

Clear boundary

No discovery, media, inventory, or uploads.

This page contains no explicit media, creator directory, product catalog, upload tool, or public discovery. Image Rights Vault is not claiming an operating adult-content, intimate-image, or other sensitive-rights service.

Do not send sensitive media, identity documents, private evidence, or descriptions that could expose another person through a general application. A specialist environment requires purpose-built intake, restricted access, review, retention, and incident-response controls.

02

Separate lane

Higher-risk work cannot inherit ordinary defaults.

A future sensitive-rights lane would need verified adult participation, consent that can be understood and audited, narrow staff access, lawful-content screening, jurisdiction review, secure evidence handling, anti-trafficking and coercion safeguards, payment-provider compatibility, and a tested removal and escalation process.

Classification itself can be sensitive. Public labels and analytics should not expose intimate, medical, safety, or other restricted information.

03

Consent

One approval cannot cover every sensitive use.

Permission should identify the asset, counterparties, audience, territory, duration, edits, distribution, publicity, downstream delivery, compensation, and withdrawal or expiration rules. AI training, face replacement, voice cloning, and digital replicas require a separate affirmative permission.

No system should infer sensitive-use consent from prior publication, a general model release, agency representation, portfolio participation, or silence.
