90-day pilot design

Pilot applications · no completed cohort claimed

A small, measurable test of the rights workflow.

The founding pilot is a target design for Maine and New England—not a completed cohort. It is meant to test whether clear rights, useful products, accurate accounting, and career portability can work together at human scale.

01

Planned cohort

Enough complexity to learn; small enough to verify.

The current design calls for four adult participants, including men and women, and two photographers. The target is 40 approved, rights-cleared final assets across four initial candidate physical-product families.

These are targets, not current user or inventory counts. Acceptance, rights clearance, product readiness, and participation depend on review and signed terms. The founding pilot is adults only.

  • Four adult participants, including men and women
  • Two photographers
  • 40 approved, rights-cleared final assets
  • Four initial physical-product families, subject to readiness gates
  • 20 targeted Maine and New England buyer interviews
02

Business gates

The pilot has to create real utility, not demo metrics.

The proposed business success gate is at least five paid license or physical-product transactions and at least two repeat, renewal, or follow-up buyer requests. Demonstration orders, test payments, and sample revenue must remain labeled and cannot satisfy those gates.

Participant and photographer allocations must reconcile to actual eligible receipts and payouts. A successful pilot has no unresolved ownership disputes carried into approved use.

03

Career exit test

Portability must work when it is inconvenient.

The pilot includes one participant export and representation-exit simulation. The test should preserve valid license and item history, terminate future authority according to the governing terms, deliver permitted career records, and prevent access to other parties' private data.

04

AI boundary

No live AI likeness demonstration is part of the founding software.

The build may include a disabled permission registry and provider interface. Any later controlled AI test requires separate counsel, consent, source-custody, security, compensation, output-review, and participant-approval gates. Pilot participation is not consent to AI use.

How to take part

Choose the application that matches your role.

Applications are expressions of interest. They do not create accounts, grant roles, promise acceptance, establish representation, reserve inventory, or form a license. Accepted applicants would receive a separate invitation and the applicable documents for review.
